Richard Ousby, newly appointed Executive Chef of the Stokehouse Restaurants nationally, and found at home in Stokehouse Q, is presenting an evening of pure culinary adventure on 16th September 2015.A flavour artist extraordinaire, Richard will abandon his recipe book for the evening and create a five course dinner with a difference; he will reveal what each dish is AFTER it has been devoured!Guests will be invited to relax and savour the incredible flavours and knowing everything on the plate has been prepared by a master.Wine connoisseur, sommelier and Brisbane bon vivant Peter Marchant will also be on hand to guide diners dish by dish during the evening.This once-in-a-lifetime dinner is not to be missed if you are an adventurous food lover! Having taken South Bank restaurant from strength to strength since taking the reins in early 2013, Richard continues to ensure the restaurant and bar remains an iconic food lover's destination.At just 32 years of age, Richard is the recipient of many prestigious awards, including Acqua Panna & San Pellegrino Young Chef of the Year in 2012 and Electrolux Australian Young Chef of the Year in 2011.
