I love travelling and writing, meeting people and experiencing foodie places.
Writer, presenter, raconteur Richard Glover will be speaking at the City of Ryde Library as part of the Sydney Writers Festival. Richard is a fascinating storyteller, using examples from his life to create a weird and wonderful and comic mix to his novels and life-stories.

Richard has written a number of best-sellling books including the recent "Flesh Wounds" (published in 2015) which was voted by 'The Book Club' on ABC television as one of their top five favourite books of the year. "Flesh Wounds" is a personal journey and a laugh-out loud book which he wrote about his challenging, yet far from boring, childhood and dissects an 'out of the ordinary' extended family. Considering his unorthodox background, it is a credit to Richard Glover to have come as far as this, with humour and understanding.

Bookings essential, $5 entry.
