State of Grace is presenting a share board for the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival's The Roast Collection. Chef Dylan Evans is roasting up 1 kilograms of Rib Eye for 2, accompanied by locally foraged field mushrooms, pomme mousseline and jus for $70. Just add a glass of Victorian wine at $10 each to complete the meal.
