You've either heard of Union Road in Ascot Vale before, driven past it/through it, or you know it very well. We will accept those three possibilities as fact for everyone.

This is where Reverence Coffee and Tea come in to the picture. Amazing food, hospitality that makes you feel like you've gotten new friends and coffee that makes you stop and stare out the window because at that very moment, all your senses and all your blood is focused on what is happening in your mouth.
Espresso. Single Origin. Bolivia Caravani. I have never had a single origin like this before. It had light smoky and ashy aromas. This was the first time I have had an espresso with a smoky aroma - no one forgets their first time. Slightly sour too, but not enough to ruin my love.
Free Range Roast Chicken Sandwich. This was so good that I had to sit down...twice. The chicken was roasted nicely, still moist and not dried out. The stuffing was light and had the right amount of aromatic herbs too.
Cold drip. El Salvalor. Aida Batlle One phrase best describe the flavours of this cold drip for me: black cherry chocolate. If you like dark Cherry Ripes then this is the cold drip for you. No let me rephrase, this is the cold drip you have to have. It is the embodiment of that perfect Saturday afternoon in a cup. I was transfixed by it completely. This is quite possibly the best cold drip I have had. Ever.
