An emerging artist on the rise

On Saturday 23 March, 7:30 pm, Piano+ invites you to experience the awe-inspiring talent of Reuben Tsang at Verbrugghen Hall, Sydney. Tickets are now on sale.

Cairns' born piano prodigy and awarded the Best Australian Pianist at the 2023 Sydney International Piano Competition, Reuben Tsang is a gifted 19-year-old with a stellar career ahead of him.

Reuben is no stranger to the Sydney International Piano Competition, he simply “stunned the crowd” in 2016 (Limelight magazine), with his performance of Chopin and Beethoven when he was just twelve years old as a participant in the ‘Young Australian Showcase’.

Winner of the Nancy Weir Best Australian Prize, proudly supported by YMFA at the Sydney International Piano Competition in 2023, all while completing his studies at Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University under the tutelage of Natasha Vlassenko, Reuben performs with ardour, zeal and wonderful expression.

Don't miss this opportunity to catch Reuben as he performs works by Scarlatti and Fauré, along with the Brahms Piano Sonata No.1 in C major Op.1 and the Mozart Piano Sonata No.3 in B major K.281 at Verbrugghen Hall, Sydney. One show only!
