The Australian Anti-Ice Campaign, according to its main social media channel on Facebook, creates and/or generates awareness of ICE use and abuse and its devastating effects on the lives of its users by utilising lived experience educators. These lived experience survivors of ICE work as buddies for current people dealing with drug addiction (especially or mainly addiction to ICE) and assists them with such struggles that ICE tends to create in people's lives.
A visionary and progressive organisation, Anti ICE Campaign exists because drug addiction has devastating effects on users and communities. The charity's empathetic workers (the buddies) help those suffering from addiction. Anti-ICE campaign is deemed a significant charity for lessening the impact ICE addiction has on communities in Australia. When ICE addicts are assisted with the right understanding and awareness for their issues, such as by empathetic buddies, that creates a positive and effective awareness that individually helps and lessens the burden on a/the community.
