Help Nepal rebuild
A grass roots community group in Fremantle has organised a musical event as a fundraiser to assist the Nepalese people restore their country.

On Saturday 13 June at the Fremantle Sailing Club will be several bands including Empire Blues, The Nervous Investors, and Mutima Band with DJ Adelle Hitchhock and others. Welcome to country will be performed by Richard Walley.

Tickets are $25 each and can be booked through Oztix.

Nepal was struck by a huge earthquake on 25 April with thousands killed and displaced.

All funds raised goes to the Oxfam Emergency Earthquake Appeal and the Gyuto Monks of Tibet.

Oxfam's aim is "to empower the capacity of Nepalese and Tibetian people to rebuild their country and preserve their cultural heritage."

The Fremantle Sailing Club is located at 151 Marine Tce in South Fremantle. Doors open 7.00pm and is for over 18's only.
