is a fine dining restaurant that offers a selection of courses to tantalise the taste buds. It boasts an extensive wine and craft beer list.



What I love about is that each course has contrasting flavours and textures. The dessert had an interesting combination of sweet banana ice-cream, macadamia and tangy passionfruit mixed with a hint of liquorish in the sponge cake. The eye fillet steak with grilled vegetables and rye stood out to me because of the wasabi butter that garnished the steak. Another tasty course was the crispy pork belly with parsnip, macadamia and pickled red cabbage.



Located in the heritage-listed Old Mineral House building; oozes class, from the polished wood floorboards to the art hanging from the walls. The restaurant overlooks Brisbane's Botanical Gardens and the Brisbane River.

has been awarded Brisbane's Best Fine Dining Restaurant and Best Modern Australian Restaurant by Restaurant and Catering QLD and is regularly one of Gourmet Travellers top 100 restaurants in Australia.

If you sign up to their mailing list you occasionally get discounts emailed to you. For example, we enjoyed a 5-course degustation for only $60 per person.
