The 'Restaurant AmusÚ' is considered to be among the preferred restaurants for a degustation menu, with sadly no Ó la carte menu option available. The first and foremost reason behind people choosing this restaurant is that their service is good and secondly, the restaurant has got a fine setting too. The two dining preferences offered are reservation of seats and dinner.

The food items are expensive, however it is still a worthy option to try out dinner. There is enough space between each dining table which gives this set up gives a pleasant atmosphere. The best part about the 'Restaurant AmusÚ' is that each and every staff knows the menu items very well, including the wines. And they clearly explain about each item and its ingredients. Sometimes, suitable wine for a particular main course is also suggested. Multiple flavours are added as part of every dish.

The non-vegetarian food is better than the vegetarian. Some changes had to be implemented to make the vegetarian food much more tastier and pleasant. It is also possible to let the staff know about any allergic reactions and they will prepare the food item/s accordingly - this service is rarely available in other restaurants.

This restaurant offers food items like Pemberton Limes Finger, Jamon Iberico, Kailis Organic Olive Oil, Blue Ridge Marron, Yuzu, White Miso, Zucchini Flowers, Coffee, Yarra Valley Fetta, Kalbarri Free Range Eggs, Apple Wood, Peas, Tofu, Shark Bay Scallops, Brussel Sprouts, Nashi Pear, Bannister Downs Milk, White Rocks Veal, Oxtail, Hay, Chardonnay Vinegar, Mavericks Roselle, Champagne, Caramel, White Chocolate, Tonka Bean, Sour Cream, Pork Floss, Milling Organic Oats, Bio-Dynamic Flour, Mount Barker Chicken, Purple Carrots, Bunkers, Mike Thompson's Garlic, Jerusalem Artichokes, Japanese Pumpkin, Shima Wasabi, Brioche, Lychee and many more. Most of the dishes are of French cuisine only.

The menu items keep changing according to season, so there is no way one could get bored with the same food items again and again. Gift vouchers are available too. It's an ideal restaurant for entertaining colleagues and friends and for romantic dinners. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday (From 7PM-10PM). Visit here for more details.
