Meet Nicki

Nicki is a Counsellor, Mentor and Author. She has created and facilitated dozens of resilience workshops for organisations such as Griffith University and The Relaxation Centre of Queensland. She has seven years experience working with hundreds of clients. Nicki has created many tools to quickly help her clients get to the heart of their challenges, so that they can create the change in their life that they are needing (and feel more empowered, clearer, less stressed and more resourceful). What is Resilience Coaching?

Resilience Coaching empowers you to respond to life in a more resilient way.

This is an opportunity to focus on an area of your life that you feel you are not thriving in or coping your best with. Perhaps an event or circumstance is still negatively affecting you, or you have been unable to fully bounce back yet.

 
How does Resilience Coaching work?

Under Nicki's guidance, you will zone in on what is negatively impacting your sense of resilience, and end the session with resources to help you get back on track!

Often one session is all that is needed! You will become more aware of your strengths, how to better utilise them, and how to develop new strengths.

 
How can Resilience Coaching help me?

Resilience coaching aims to improve one's health and wellbeing through a positive mindset.

Business owners/entrepreneurs can explore where their business or venture needs to be more resilient.

Parents can develop better coping skills, or gain insight into practical tools for helping their child to develop more resilience.

Students can hone in on what they need more or less of, to cope well with the stressors of study life.
