I'm new to writing, hope you enjoy reading my reviews.

Hello friends, it has been so long since I've wrote a review I thought I'd go on a crazy time of uploading reviews. So here is the first.

My first thought when the game trailer was released was: I wonder if they've improved from Resident Evil 5. I can say that they have, YES!. I mean I did like Resident Evil 5 however the only thing that let the game down was the partner AI. Not the partner system itself but the lack of helpfulness from the AI. Also the lack of zombies, the series started out as zombies so its only natural to want them back, which they have brought back into this game.

Resident Evil 6 has now introduced multiple campaigns which feature different characters in each, even with characters crossing over into each others stories. Each main character having a partner of course but fortunately they do not have health and they actually help out quite a lot throughout the game. With old favourite characters to new, even with one certain female who we may have all forgotten up until now. You really delve into each character and understand their feelings.

Even though zombies are back there are other enemies called J'avo which are like enemies from 5 where they grow mutated arms and legs, while some holding weapons such as knives and guns. Zombies only feature in one campaign which in my opinion is my favourite.

A new style of healing is also in the game where you eat pills to regain health or using the trusty health spray. Don't worry they haven't got rid of the herbs and mixing system, it's just that you now turn them into pills to eat. New weapons and upgrade systems have been introduced too, with a melee command now available which drains the characters stamina. Now with a diving system you can jump back and forward to jump your way out of danger.

I'm not going to go into detail about the upgrading system and characters as i do not want to give any spoilers away. The one thing i can say about the upgrading system is that you now purchase skills to help your character out. Three of the main characters i will reveal to you as well which are my two favourites Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield, With a brand new character Jake Muller who appears on the scene, I have to say his background story and personality are great so you will enjoy if you are a true Resi fan. I just wish they had Claire Redfield back and Rebecca Chambers.

One last thing I have forgot to mention is the aiming system has now been changed very slightly, but to all the fans of the aiming style in 4 and 5 you can swap between the new and the old laser system.

A must buy game this year just for the pure story itself and getting to love the characters more than before and getting to love the new ones.

Can you survive?
