The Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory at UniSA Magill campus is seeking volunteers to participate in a NAPPING STUDY.
We are looking for healthy young adults who are non-smokers, aged 18 - 40 years, and willing to stay in the Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory for 7 consecutive days.
The study will involve a period of sleep restriction (5h sleep for 4 days - 4h nighttime sleep and 1h daytime nap). The study includes performance testing, saliva collections and a blood sample.
All meals provided and participants will be financially compensated up to $1000 for their participation in the study.
