Remedy Cafe is located on 109th Street just off Whyte Avenue

Remedy Cafe is the favourite hangout for most university students in Edmonton, and for good reason. Remedy features a unique 'grungy' atmosphere while remaining friendly and hip, with large couches downstairs to promote social gatherings as well as tables and chairs upstairs where live performances can be seen most weekends. It's also one of the best places in the city to get a quick bite and a chai if you prefer vegan or gluten-free options, including delicious cakes and cookies and a selection of Indian-inspired dishes including their famous samosas.

On top of the many baked goods, Remedy is also a licensed bar, serving many unique selections of beers from around the world as well as a large selection of hot and cold beverages from a wide variety of teas and coffees to delicious chai lattes.

If you're looking for a place to hang out before heading to the bars on Whyte, this place should rank at the top of the list.
