This list features a fantastic line-up of free & ticketed events across Regional NSW.

Whether you are passing by, live or travelling to regional NSW, be sure to add these events to your list and help boost regional travel!

1. Autumn Festival
When: Friday, 2-25 April 2021
Where: Mayfield Garden,
Cost: Adults: $35pp, Concession: $30pp, School Age Children(K-12): $15pp, Infants: Free & Family Pass (2 adults 3 kids school age): $95 per family. There are also two-day passes available.
Details: The full 65-hectare Private Garden will be opened for the spectacular Autumn Festival! The Festival will include opportunities to get lost in the traditional English-inspired Maze, exploring the Croquet Lawn, Hawkins' Family Chapel, the Chook Hilton, 80-metre Cascade & Temple, and much more.

2. The Tilba Festival
When: Saturday, 3 April 2021: 9am-4pm
Where: Bate St, Tilba
Cost: Adults: $15pp, Concession: $5pp & Children under 16yrs: Free
Details: Easter Saturday will be packed with a massive line-up of entertainment, live music acts, market stalls, a delicious array of food, local produce stalls, traditional street games, activities, and more.

The Festival is a celebration of heritage, local produce, creativity and musical talent in the region.

3. Winter Wine Festival
When: Saturday, 3 & 4 April 2021: 11am-7pm
Where: Crooked River Wines, 11 Willowdale Rd, Gerringong
Cost: See website.
Details: The largest winery on the South Coast, Crooked River Wines, will be hosting the fantastic Winter Wine Festival which will showcase entertainment, live music acts including headline act, Sneaky Sound System, supporting acts, Milan Ring, Sexy Sunday Jam, Mike Champion, and more, BBQ smoker & gourmet burgers, food trucks galore, local, sustainable South Coast produce stalls, wine tasting, outdoor bars, VIP experiences, face painting, kid's activities, and much more. Kids are welcome on Sunday only.

4. NewRun- Newcastle's Festival of Running
When: Sunday, 11 April 2021
Where: Wharf Rd, Newcastle
Cost: Tickets range from $35-120pp & $220 for 4 person rally.
Details: This festival is one of the most scenic running festivals in Australia, and it will include the new flat Marathon (4x 10.5km loops), Half Marathon, which climbs the famous King Edward Park, Hill to Harbour Run, Bar Beach to the Harbour, and five and two kms Runs. There will also be kid's Runs.

5. Taste Tamworth Festival
When: Wednesday, 14-18 April 2021
Where: Tamworth- see website
Cost: Free & ticketed events
Details: This festival is a celebration of regional food, wine, and produce. It will showcase market stalls, local produce stalls, demonstrations from chefs, Laneway pop-up, High Tea experiences, Long Lunch event, tasting & sampling, and much more.

6. Festival of Small Halls
When: Thursday, 15 April 2021: From 7pm
Where: Woodstock Soldiers Memorial Hall, Rankin St, Woodstock
Cost: Free & ticketed events
Details: This festival will showcase a series of tours that takes the best folk and contemporary acoustic artists performing live. The line-up includes ukulele strummer and drummer Bobby Alu and two-piece indie pop-rock band This Way North, and much more.

7. Festival of Small Halls (Goulburn)
When: Friday, 16 April 2021: 6:30pm-9:30pm
Where: 170 Bourke St, Goulburn
Cost: Free & ticketed events.
Details: This Festival is a series of tours that will feature the best of folk and contemporary acoustic artists.

8. Yours and Owls Festival
When: Saturday, 17 & 18 April 2021: 12pm-11pm
Where: George Hanley Drive, North Wollongong

Details: The Yours and Owls Festival is Illawarra's largest and most exciting, environmentally conscious music festival! The Festival will showcase a stunning coastline background with some of Australia's biggest bands and international musicians performing live, market stalls, food stalls & trucks, installations, and more.

9. Blackheath Chamber Music Festival
When: Friday, 23-26 April 2021
Where: Phillips Hall, Blackheath Community Hall, and the Campbell Rhododendron Gardens, Blackheath
Cost: $70pp
Details: This music festival will showcase renowned Australian Ensembles with ten live performances and a total of 52 musicians.

10. Narooma Oyster Festival
When: Friday, 30 April 2021-1 May 2021
Where: Quota Park, 19 Riverside Drive, Narooma
Cost: Tickets range from $5-$175pp
Details: Attracting thousands each year, the Narooma Oyster Festival is a celebration of the South Coast's NSW oysters and the region's natural clean quality produce chefs and rich artistic and cultural talents.

The festival will showcase entertainment, food events, stalls & pop-ups, shucking competitions, tasting & sampling, live music acts, regional wines, craft beer & cider, child-friendly activities, and more.
