I recently enjoyed the pre show menu at Regatta's Bistro before taking in a show at the Adelaide Cabaret Festival. Not only is the food and view superb, but this delicious, French inspired dessert put me in a fantastic mood as I trotted off to my show. Think a giant piece of French toast, moistened with sticky maple flavoured ice cream. That is, if you can decide between the pain perdu and the blood orange panna cotta...
