This free event (gold coin donation welcomed) will run from 1pm to 9pm with live music, food stalls, community stalls, and children's rides. The event is licensed, with no BYO permitted. It is recommended that attendees bring their own lightweight chairs or picnic blankets.
The Bayside Blues Festival is run by the Rotary Club of Capalaba, with assistance from other Rotary clubs and community volunteers, and supported by the South East Queensland Blues Association.
In addition to the festival entertainment, Capalaba Regional Park offers an extensive playground, a fenced dog park for furry family members, and a lake with ducks and other wildlife such as water dragons.
