This reserve is not very big but it is very cute and the play equipment is one of the very best I have ever seen. It is located at Redden and Jupiter Road, Kellyville, not far from Rouse Hill Town Centre.

This reserve is just off Windsor Road in Kellyville. Kellyville is in the Hills Shire. Most of it used to be rural but now it is becoming much more populated and new homes are popping up everywhere. The Hills M2 is linked up with it so now it is easier to get to the city from there. The streets and the houses surrounding this park are very attractive. You can get to this park from either Samantha Reilly Drive or Windsor Road.

The park is new and looks very attractive. It's got bright red, blue and yellow colours, pictures of different types of transport and animals.

I first visited this park with my son's playgroup, we had our Easter Party there. It was perfect for the kids. They ate some morning tea ran around on the grass, kicked a ball, played on the equipment and had a great time. To make the day even better we hired one of those cafe to you vans. They drive right to the venue with a cafe on wheels. They have tea, coffee, sandwiches, snack foods all fresh and hot. This is great for the adults, use it at your next event it really is a great idea.

For such a small park the equipment is great and big. There are so many different things for children to play on. There are heaps of bridges to walk across and lots of places to climb, there is a space ship to sit in with more than one steering wheel so everyone gets a go, a big merry go round, a motorbike to ride on and some slides. The children had a great time running from one thing to the next and chasing each other.

Most of the equipment is covered with a shade cloth but it was still hot, however there is also some plants that provide some shade. There are grassed areas surrounding the equipment where you could sit or kick a ball around but it isn't a large area. There is one picnic table where we were, which we were able to use as it was a weekday. It does have a cover on it also. You cannot really see the equipment from the picnic table so you cannot really supervise the kids from there. However you can sit on a wall that is next to the equipment and is still undercover.

The equipment looks very new and shiny. The grass is very green and thick. There is no actual car park however you can park along the street then you can see the equipment and walk up a bit of a hill to get to it. The play equipment has a spongy flooring underneath it with a hopscotch painted into it also. The children didn't know what it was for, so we had fun explaining it to them and giving a demonstration.

This park does not have any fencing around it so children need to be supervised carefully although the park isn't really near the road but much higher up. Be careful that the really little ones don't take a tumble down the hill as they run around. You really need to hold their hands to walk down the hill.

There is also a big clock where the kids can move the clock hands around to change the time. Under the large equipment there is play things for toddlers like steering wheels etc and passages to walk through. This park really requires kids to have heaps of energy and to really enjoy climbing. All the kids at our playgroup were having so much fun they didn't want to go home. My son slept really well afterwards.

If your little ones love to explore, climb and run then this place is perfect. Bring a picnic lunch, a picnic blanket and come and spend the afternoon there.
