Get your Aussie rock on with these Red Hot artists
The afternoon kicks off around 2pm and you can expect to hear all of your favourite classics throughout the afternoon and evening. These artists are responsible for some of Australia's most iconic songs such as Working Class Man, Take Me Back and Long Line.
The Sandstone Point Hotel is bringing more and more acts here and is a great venue for these sort of afternoons. Out on the grass beside the water, fans can bring a blanket and enjoy the pop up food venues. The whole area is licensed so bring your drinks outside to the stage area and party by the water.
The only downside with this venue is that quite often at the major events, you cannot stand up during the concerts leaving many partygoers who want to dance very frustrated. You can generally dance in the side wing areas but if you're on the grass behind VIP chairs, be aware that you probably won't be permitted to stand when the big acts come on, so make sure you have visibility from your blanket. For any questions on this issue see the Sandstone Point Hotel's major concert event information.
That aside, it's a great venue and always a fun afternoon. Sandstone Point Hotel has regular updates on it's Facebook page.
Tickets to Red Hot Summer are $98. VIP tickets are the wallet burning price of $363. This is an 18 event.
