So many Brisbane parks cater for the curiosity and play time of young children particularly the under 5s. For the older kids who want to enjoy the outdoors as well but are just a bit too old for swings, slides and bouncers, the Bridge Street park at Red Hill provides the perfect solution. For the adventurous tweens, how does a free and shared dirt bike track sound?
Bridge Street park is one of 12 parks in Brisbane which offer BMX facilities for fitness and recreation. The track consists of a dirt base, built up dirt hills and several jumps.

The track is well shaded with mature trees, has a rolling stream and bench seats when you are ready for a rest. It is perfect for newbies and skilled riders to build their confidence, increase their co-ordination and enjoy the outdoors. Just remember the dirt bike etiquette- respect the jumps, repair your damage and always wear a helmet.
