I'm not really a salad girl. Just ask Homer Simpson - you don't make friends with salad. But for this roll I am willing to make an exception.

Generous slices of juicy chicken breast, fresh lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. A few sparing pieces of red onion - just enough, not enough to make you ponk afterwards.

Not one, but two different mayos: a seeded mustard one and then a fresh herbed mayonnaise.

Then the best bit - beautiful fresh coriander leaves and stems.

All on a soft, fresh bread roll.

I literally go out of my way for these rolls. Make one your friend today.
