The Red Centre Steakhouse, along The Entrance, is nothing overly spectacular. The beach views and the ambience makes this establishment worth a consideration for lunch or for dinner, but the food quality is not really the best.

I asked for my steak to be medium, and it appears to be the case that they could have mixed up my steak order with another customers, to the point where my steak was more than well done, and it was burnt and almost too hard to eat. Live and learn.

The chips weren't too bad; they were chunky and tasty although a little soggy. My salad had crumpled up pieces of cheese instead of actual chunks, and way too much lettuce.

The service isn't too bad, although it can be a little slow. Definitely expected this establishment to be a little more upmarket than what it actually was. Disappointing on nearly every aspect.
