There was minimal seating unless you were willing to pay for a booth like we did. $60 per person to sit in the booth, but that did also include unlimited beer, wine or basics for 2 hours. Alternatively, you're able to select the $65 per person package which included a champagne, antipasto platter and a cocktail. We went with the option that would get us drunker.
By 8:30pm, the room was packed and the show began. Now if you go to the Red Bennies website, you'll note that it looks quite risqué. Lots of tassels and some teasing pics lend itself to the belief that this could be a very entertaining night.
In reality, whilst it was certainly entertaining enough, the boys who thought they may be in for a bit of a sneak peak were sorely disappointed. The acts held my attention but they were nothing fantastic. One cabaret act, one solo circus performance, and the musical MC made up the repertoire of the night. No burlesque in sight!
