If you love good service, quick food and cosy cafés, then the Red Balloon is the best place for you to come and eat breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Red Balloon offers all day breakfast including pancakes, eggs on toast, fried eggs, scrambled eggs and poached eggs.

They have delicious chicken schnitzel sandwiches, roast beef sandwiches, steak and egg sandwiches, fried rice with mushrooms and chicken, foccacias, and lots more.

The prices are pretty reasonable, $9.95 for a reasonable sized plate with a chicken schnitzel sandwich with gravy or lettuce and mayonnaise, plus fries on the side.

The food always comes out pretty much at the same time as everybody elses on your table, so you can all eat together.

The food is always well cooked and I have never had to take anything back.

They also have magazines to read if you're dining alone, waiting for someone or waiting for your food to be served.

Red Balloon also has a front window area where you can purchase food but not eat it inside the cafe area. Foods include hot chips, dim-sims, fried rice, lasagne, chicken strips and fish.

I would always suggest eating inside as the food is better and you have a lot more choice, plus a quiet place to eat.
