Book Sale
As someone who loves books, the concept of reduced price or cheap books is exciting. Much of my collection is quality second hand, acquired from second hand book stores.

Twice each month, Adelaide City Libraries offer for sale pre-loved library and donated books at very cheap prices.

On the first Friday of each month, between 11 am and 4 pm the City Library located at Level 3, Rundle Place, Rundle Mall, Adelaide offers pre-loved library and donated DVDs, CDs, magazines, audiobooks and books from as little as 50 cents to $2.

If you miss the City Library sale or if Fridays are not convenient, then pop into the Hutt Street Library located at 235 Hutt Street, Adelaide or North Adelaide Library located at 176 Tynte Street, North Adelaide on the second Saturday of each month, from 11 am to 2 pm.

While you are there why not browse the shelves and see what you can borrow. Today's libraries are a wealth of joy for all ages. There are school holiday activities, Writers Groups, Lego Clubs, art exhibitions, the Digital Hub, Media Lab and Innovation Lab.

Besides the general public transport that the article usefully gives a link to, the Connector free bus is highly useful in reaching both Hutt Street and North Adelaide libraries.
