Rech by Alain Ducasse Hong Kong offers top quality seafood from France cooked with precision and a modern twist. Chef Stéphane Gortina and his kitchen presented slices of Bonito fish with soft red chilli condiment.
Each thick slice of bonito fish was lightly seared and crusted with crushed peanuts. Each mouthful served up tender, moist and lightly oily fish and the condiment added a creamy dimension with the hint of chilli.
