Operating out of a decommissioned wharf in Hamilton, the markets are comprised of shipping containers transformed into mini-restaurants, bars and stalls. With coloured lights and grass-cushioned crate seating, the atmosphere is quirky and fun for all the family.



Free entertainment features, not only on the main stage, but within the market's nooks and crannies so you can sit, eat and people-watch to the strains of live music.



5. The shopping

Eat Street is about more than just dining. A variety of stalls are nestled amongst the food vendors. From arts and crafts to second hand books, jewellery, clothing, fresh flowers and even furniture, there is something to shop for at every turn. There is even the chance to buy your own produce to cook up a storm at home.
