Drinking water is delicious to some people. Drinking water may be terrible for some people. Either way, you need water. Many things may happen if you get dehydrated. You need to pay attention to your water intake. For example, you should drink half of your body weight in ounces. If you feel more comfortable drinking only eight (8) cups a day, that is still good!

You may not have realized until now just how important drinking water really is. There are symptoms to look for. I am sharing the ones that I think are obvious yet overlooked.

Symptoms of dehydration to look for include:

Fatigue
Urinary tract infections
Pee changes color (dark yellow)
Anxiety
No energy
Constipation
Weight gain
Headaches
Bad moods

Unless your kitchen faucet water is terrible, water is free. If you have the money to splurge, you can buy crates of water at the most $5.99 (US currency) a crate. You can find the gallon of water, as shown in the photo, at Dollar Tree for $1.00!

If you are going out, fill up a sports bottle or pack a lunch cooler with a few water bottles.

Carry water with you wherever you go!

Are you still not convinced? Buy some lemons, cucumbers, flavor packets, tea bags, etc. to place in your water to taste.

Drink to your health!
