I am a keen traveller. Currently rediscovering my own backyard and the rest of Australia. I enjoy nature, history and the quirkiness of what the world has to offer.
One man's trash is another man's treasure
Have you got things you want to give away or looking for something for free or even need something repaired? Help reduce landfill by joining in this community event. Bring your books, clean clothing, homewares or anything else that others could find useful to The Really Really Free Market & Repair Cafe.

Free to a good home

The Really Really Free Market & Repair Cafe is on Sunday, 13 June 2021 between 9:30 am 12:00 pm at the Guildford Town Hall. There will be tables set up inside the town hall for you to place your unwanted items for others to chose from. Please stay for at least an hour so you can take back what remains as the volunteers might be overwhelmed with finding homes for yours and others' unwanted items.

This event is hosted by Transition Town Guildford and Repair Cafe Bassendean.

Free, No bartering, no haggling.

So what is The Repair Cafe Bassendean? It is a place where you can find tools and materials to help make repairs on items that you want to use but no longer in working use. The Repair Cafe Bassendean also has experienced volunteers with repair skills to help you bring those 'unloved' items back to being 'loved' and reduce landfill and also improve your own repair skills.
