Event:

On Wednesday, September 5th, 2012, a very special public talk will be held by His Eminence the 7th Dzogchen Rinpoche, Jigme Losel Wangpo, one of the highest lamas in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.

Entitled 'Realising True Happiness Through Wise Decisions', the public talk will be open to all and will be held at Quiksilver Auditorium, Torquay.

The public talk will see Dzogchen Rinpoche teach local Victorians how to make better decisions by resting their minds and tuning into their inner wisdom.

Dzogchen Rinpoche says the more we think about our problems the more unclear we actually become about the best course of action;

"Adding worry and stress to an existing problem blocks our potential to make wise decisions and only prolongs our suffering.

When we rest our mind, we create space and clarity arises, spontaneously guiding us to make choices that benefit all, including ourselves" he says.

Every day we are faced with hundreds of decisions in our personal and privates lives and Dzogchen Rinpoche believes by making wiser decisions, we can truly find happiness.
