Follow the food chain from "paddock to plate" at this celebration of Sunshine Coast produce. Passionate farmers, chefs and consumers from this unique region of Australia will come out to enjoy this year's Real Food Festival .



This will be a great opportunity to meet the producers, thank the growers and appreciate the effort that goes into the food that ends up on our kitchen tables.

There will be plenty of demonstrations and workshops over the weekend to participate in, with four different venues to choose from:

1) Real Food Kitchen - watch Executive Chefs demonstrate their skills and passion.
2) Nourishing Ideas - discover the connection between food, illness and health.
3) Kids Arena - Sponsored by Eumundi Markets, this is the place to head for fun cooking activities and the jumping castle.
4) Food for Thought - expert panel discussions about the impact of our food system, both locally and globally.



All that information is bound to make you hungry and over 100 stalls will be offering edible delicacies to savour.
