An affordable cinema
Dandenong, Reading Cinema, movies
A big screen!

Taking your family to the movies has never been cheaper - just visit Reading Cinemas for an affordable movie outing!

Every school holidays I take my niece out to Dandenong to watch a movie at Reading Cinemas. Yes it's a bit busy (school holiday madness!) but the staff are always really good and get us through the doors as quick as possible.

The cinema offers a great range of candy snacks like popcorn, chocolates, chips and frozen treats. They are quite affordable but we still opt for buying a bag of chips at the supermarket beforehand.

The ticket price is probably my favourite part! $10.50 for an adult and child ticket - you can't go wrong with that. It is much cheaper than other cinemas in the area.

The cinemas are always kept clean, every time we walk in there is no rubbish on the ground and the cleaners are always on top of cleaning up.

I would recommend this place to families who are savvy and need to budget but don't want their kids to miss out on fun activities.

Popcorn, cinemas, movies
Delicious combo

Every school holidays, you will find great flicks on at the cinema for kids, these Easter holidays we enjoyed Peter Rabbit and Sherlock Gnomes! We are much looking forward to the winter holidays to see Incredibles 2.

Reading offers a members club card which gets you points when you watch a movie there and purchase items from the candy bar.

Overall, my experience at this cinema has always been pleasant. A
few months ago, I even won a competition on their Facebook page which entitled me to free tickets and two free ice creams which was a lovely surprise.
