Walking into op-shops is always exciting - there's a certain smell, a feel and an anticipation of what you might find hidden down the back of the shop. Reactivate on Henley Beach Road definitely holds this charm.

On their Facebook page this down-to-earth store says that you can find "pre-loved clothing and accessories - retro furniture - funky homewares" as well as "ethically sourced coffee" for sale. So after you've shopped up a storm, sit down in a retro armchair or on the corner of a sofa from the 70's and sip some first class coffee. Reactivate has an SMS service as well – so if you're running late but need a caffeine hit, you can SMS your order and pick the coffee up on your way past.

Shopping and coffee aside, the really great thing about Reactivate is its social conscience. The shop is in fact a not-for-profit creation with all their proceeds heading to those in need. Not only can you get vintage bargains and unique coffee blends, but you can also support causes and projects in places like the Congo – a Free To Be Kids orphanage, Cambodia – a World Vision development project and even a home-grown breakfast program here in Adelaide.

Reactivate is located in a prime space on Henley Beach Road – surrounded by other local shops and eateries, and with parking right behind the store and in the side streets as well, it's easily accessible. Head to their Facebook page to find out more about which coffee they have brewing, where their funds are heading today, what's on sale and to check out photos of stock.
