Situated in Shell Road Reserve, Ocean Grove, the is a large grass oval used for football, cricket and other sporting activities. The oval is named after Ray Menzies, who was a founding member of the Bellarine Football League and Ocean Grove Football & Netball Club.

The oval is part of the Shell Road Sporting Precinct, which includes Soccer pitches, Netball and Tennis Courts, as well as the Shell Road Pavillion, which opened in 2016.

There are lights around the ground, with rubbish bins located outside the boundary fence and public toilet facilities and water fountains nearby.

The oval is often used for sporting events and training on the weekends and some evenings, however public access is available when it's not in use.

There's plenty of parking available around the oval and in the nearby carparks - just make sure you check the signs as some of the carparks (particularly near the aquatic centre) have time limits.

During major sporting events it can be difficult to get a parking spot, however there is also plenty of free street parking on the nearby Shell Road service road, Marlin Drive, and John Dory Drive.

A children's playground with picnic facilities, the Ocean Grove Skate Park and the Bellarine Aquatic & Sports Centre are located nearby, and the Ocean Grove Marketplace Shopping Centre and Service Station are just 850m away.

Dogs are permitted in the Shell Road Reserve Sporting Precinct, however there are signs advising of certain restrictions.
