Gourmet food vans are all the craze in Adelaide at the moment; a trend that has been popular in the United States and the UK for quite some time. However, Raw Thirst is out to prove that it's not just burgers and burritos that make for great street food fare.

Raw Thirst is out to provide the Adelaide community with fresh raw juices, green smoothies, dairy and non-dairy smoothies, organic tea and organic coffee to the masses, which is likely to become ever more popular when the weather heats up.
