Gourmet food vans are all the craze in Adelaide at the moment; a trend that has been popular in the United States and the UK for quite some time. However, Raw Thirst is out to prove that it's not just burgers and burritos that make for great street food fare.
Raw Thirst is out to provide the Adelaide community with fresh raw juices, green smoothies, dairy and non-dairy smoothies, organic tea and organic coffee to the masses, which is likely to become ever more popular when the weather heats up.
They can be found most frequently in Victoria Square, but also try to keep up with the other popular food vans, like Burger Theory and LaCantina. The best way to find them is to follow @RawThirst on Twitter, find them on Facebook, or check their website.
I love Raw Thirst! So far I've tried their Morning Glory, Alkalizer Smoothie, & the Cleanser Juice. All so yum! And I love that it's all fruit. I had one the other day with a burger from Veggie Velo (have you tried them yet??), so good.
I'm loving being able to go to the city during the day, two more weeks of that till I'm back at TAFE. :)
(Which reminds me, I'm on holidays during the next two weeks, and if you're free we should catch up for that tea and Teawana!)
