r.a.w. studios

New luxury wellness club, r.a.w. studios has brought a bit of LA to Little Collins St in the CBD with a wide range of fitness classes focusing on functional movement, power yoga and barre.

Ideal for those who work or live in the city, this new hotspot is the ideal place to escape and focus on a better you with much more than your expected fitness classes on offer.



With only 500 spots available, r.a.w. studios is modern and spacious inside with sessions that are tailored to suit the busy lifestyle of CBD workers and dwellers, including energy-building morning classes, lunchtime movement classes, to an evening of slow-flow yoga and meditation for unwinding.

With two studios, r.a.w. also has a separate member's lounge that's ideal for relaxing before or after a class. There's also an in-house library.

As an acronym standing for 'ready and willing' r.a.w. does things a little bit differently from your typical gyms and fitness centres in that it offers full access to not just classes in power yoga, dance, barre, martial arts and more, but there are also meditation classes, workshops on nutrition and wellness as well as nutrition and other topics.

You'll also be able to find a great place to get some fresh food, beauty products from Organika Hair, shop for active wear or put together a juice cleanse through Green Street Juice Co.'s programs.



The r.a.w. studios kitchen is also set to launch in August with an organic menu so member can order meals to enjoy post-workout.
