Tamara Brown, founder of The Raw Food Girl, is currently hosting a series of enlightening cooking workshops, designed to show you the healing power of raw fruits and vegetables through simple and healthy wholefood recipes.

Raw food is any fruit, vegetable, nut, seed and grain in its natural form and in this series of interactive workshops, you will be shown how to create delicious sweet and savoury raw food dishes that are gluten free, grain free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, vegan, paleo and totally raw!

Tamara's mission is to educate as many people as possible about how they can be healthy and happy each and every day by fuelling their bodies with 'real' food. Each workshop is presented in a relaxed atmosphere and Tamara will explore a range of topics with a specialised nutritional focus, including Living Food Theory, Hands on Raw Food Preparation, How to Eliminate Cravings, Eating for Health & Vitality and Lifestyle Implementation.

  • Raw Decadent Desserts Workshop

    Held on Saturday, 27th May 2017 from 1.00pm, this comprehensive workshop will show you how to prepare 6 simple delicious, healthy desserts which are rich, satisfying and packed full of raw nutrition! All food is free from dairy, wheat, refined sugar and all artificial additives.

  • Heal Your Body - Raw Food Workshop

    Held on Saturday, 8th July 2017 from 9.30am, this comprehensive workshop will show you how to fuel your body with healthy fats and plant-based protein, creating healthy balanced meals using only raw whole food ingredients. All recipes are free from wheat, dairy, grains and refined sugars, suitable for paleo dieters and raw vegans.

  • All workshops are suitable for raw vegans and those who are interested in learning the fundamentals of raw food preparation.     There will also be a selection of raw food recipe books and wholefood products available to purchase on the day.

    Tamara is the author of four raw food cookbooks and is passionate about promoting raw and whole foods. With the dangers of refined sugar and artificial additives becoming more and more apparent each day, this workshop series is certainly timely.
