Learn how to prepare raw food to make delicious meals
\When you think of raw food, it can conjure up a vision that is not particularly interesting, however, raw food can be extremely interesting as well as tasty.

I have tried several meals like this and depending on your imagination, you are able to create some very interesting dishes that are sure to please and amaze your family and friends.

A raw food diet consists of unprocessed raw vegan foods that have not been heated above 46C. People on this method of eating are often called "raw foodists", and the belief is that foods cooked above this temperature will lose their enzymes and with that, will lose a great deal of their nutritional value. These can then be harmful to health, whereas uncooked foods provide living enzymes and "proper" nutrition.

People on this diet also claim that it aids their digestion, their skin is clearer, and they have more energy than before. Now you have the opportunity to actually learn all about raw food and how to make these healthy, nourishing and tasty meals.

You can join Heath and Aurora for this entertaining and informative workshop on raw food recipes with medicinal components. The key to improving health is to make what goes into your mouth as healthy and natural as possible, and at the same time, making it visually attractive as well as very tasty.

Naturopathy has focused on the foods we eat for many years now, as well as using certain foods as "medicine" or instead of supplements which we so easily take. Heath maintains that "Knowing that flax seeds thin the blood is one thing, knowing how to harness that medicinal effect and incorporate it into your food is another."

Heath has the Hippocrates theory that "let food be thy medicine and medicine by thy food", and it is with this in mind that Heath and Aurora will show you how to make an amazing meal without using a cooktop or oven.

Aurora Gilbert is the owner of Holistic Health Nut and has used food and her knowledge of a healthy diet in order to win the "World Fitness Model" gold medal in Dubai in 2015!

Heath and Aurora will run this fabulous course on how to help us heal using the correct foods and methods of making this food. It is often said that we "are what we eat", and this can be such a true statement.

In addition to an invaluable wealth of information, you will learn:

Raw pizza with a sprouted buckwheat and flax seed base for heart health
Dehydrated sauerkraut crackers and gut health
Marinated beetroot with shiitake mushroom sauce
"Milk" chocolate slice using valerian infused cashew cream for restful sleep

Of course, you will be able to taste every recipe that is being shown to you, and you can ask as many questions as you want, as well as taking home copies of all the recipes in a printed booklet.
