To be honest with you, the beginning of the book was like reading a foreign language to me. However, once I got to the recipes, especially the ingredients, it all made sense.
I like to list the ingredients in my book reviews. That way, you can know from the get-go if you like or have the ingredients required.
There are 3 chapters that I am disappointed in. Not everybody has dehydrators, for example.
But, I do give this book a
5-star rating.
