Wine Tasting Events, Top Australian Wines and St. Kilda Post Hotel invite you to experience an exquisite symphony of flavour this May.On Saturday, 23rd May 2015 Wine Tasting Events and Top Australian Wines are hosting a 'Rare Boutique Shiraz Lunch'; a special fine-dining event which will see a selection of world-class Shiraz wines expertly paired with a range of dishes crafted by the masterful chefs at St. Kilda Post Hotel.This event will commence at 1pm.To begin this culinary adventure, guests will enjoy a mouthwatering Beef Tartare served with brioche toast, a herb salad and farm-fresh soft poached egg.This delicate dish will be served with a glass of 2012 Ladies Who Shoot Their Lunch Shiraz which recently received 95 points by James Halliday (Strathbogie Ranges, VIC) and 2010 Kooky Village Shiraz (Barossa, SA). Main will then follow: a perfectly cooked Fillet Mignon with vibrant Blistered Cheery Tomatoes and Buttered Asparagus. This stunning dish will be matched with a glass of 2012 Maverick Twins Shiraz (Barossa, SA), 2012 Condie Kyneton Road Shiraz (Heathcote, VIC), 2007 Paladri Vita Novus Shiraz (Frankland River, WA) and 2012 Mayhem & Co Shiraz (McLaren Vale, SA).And concluding this perfect meal is a selection of top-shelf cheeses: Asiago Cows Blue, Boerenkas 15 Year-Old Cheddar and Triple Cream Brie, served with luscious seasonal fruits and homemade bread and lavosh.This dish will be served with a glass of 2007 Wonga Estate Reserve Shiraz (Heathcote, VIC) and 2006 Rusden "Black Guts" (Barossa, SA).This fabulous dining experience is now available at the discounted price of $99 per person.Places are strictly limited; to make a booking, please click here or call (03) 9500 9307.%%Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dietary requirements can be catered for, but Martin must be notified one week prior to the event.
