Don't miss out, check Rhymezone out
Skilled improv duo, Cristina "Rhyme" Spizzica, and Jeremy "Zone" Hughes drop the beat as Rhymezone performs at this year's Melbourne Fringe Festival. This spontaneous performance is packed full of musical fun with gut-busting hip-hop rhymes.
This current record-breaking show began at the Improv Conspiracy Theatre in Melbourne. After multiple wins in Cage Match (a head to head battle between two teams and the audience decides the winner), Rhymezone currently perform a monthly show at the Melbourne theatre named Love. Death. Rhymes.
Rap, Rap, Rappin' on Heaven's Door is a one-hour performance, where a one-word suggestion by the audience is performed as a short, improvised rap monologue. When the beat drops by DJ Shane Henry, the talented duo need to think fast and compose hip-hop/rap tunes while inventing a story and characters with the one-word suggestion. Join them on this side-splitting ride where imaginations run wild with impulsive storylines. That's right, no scripts! Each night presents a totally different story and performance. What could they possibly come up with?
A hilarious, unscripted production where one hour simply flies by with unstoppable laughter. This dynamic duo delivers funky vibes along with pure entertainment. Rhymezone provides a great night out of improv comedy.
