Opening hours:

Weekdays, public holidays & school holidays: 9.00am-5.00pm
Weekends: 10.00am-4.00pm

Admission Prices:

Adult (16yo ): $23
Child (3-15yo): $12
Senior/pension card holders: $17.50
Companion card holders (adult): $17.50 (carers receive free admission)
Companion card holders (child): $12 (carers receive free admission)
Family (2 adults, 2 children): $60



The zoo offers a range of intimate animal encounters with dingos, koalas, squirrel gliders, tawny frogmouth and Southern Boobook owls. These experiences are offered daily and are available only by prior booking.

Experiences included in general admission are a walk-in bird aviary and feeding experiences with some animals, such as kangaroos, deer, goats and sheep.



The experience offered at Ranger Red's Zoo is a very personal one and the map given to tourists at the entrance includes the name of every animal in the zoo!

The facilities of the zoo also include a picnic area and barbecues. The zoo is also wheelchair accessible.

It's a great day out and the animals have a lot of character! My favourite part of the zoo was the walk-in bird aviary - the birds were very friendly and funny.



We loved our day out at Ranger Red's Zoo and are very keen to go back.
