Raisin Dance is proudly presenting Raisin Goes Tribal!, an all-ages dance party on Saturday 2nd September 2017 (Father's Day weekend).
Raisin is dedicated to making dance fun and accessible to people of all ages! The launch event, Raisin Goes Tribal! at Rubix Warehouse in Brunswick, will see families come together to enjoy quality tunes with live performers and professional dancers on a state of the art dance floor!
It will be an exciting black light party, so you can glow in the dark with fluorescent UV body paint and there will also be themed props, tribal face painting and and a chill out zone!
All are welcome to join the fun! It will be an awesome afternoon of classic disco, hip hop, electronic and soul funk beats - plus the latest pop tunes with a tribal twist!
From 2pm, special guest DJ Verse@ille will be behind the decks, accompanied by master percussionist Panga and Jimi F on the didgeridoo encouraging families to bust their wildest freestyle moves! There's sure to be a lot of laughter and smiles as families unwind and chill out in this unique creative environment.
Raisin Goes Tribal! is also fully licenced and proof of identification is required to purchase alcohol. Snacks will be available for purchase as well!
This event is ideal for children aged 5 to 12 years and their parents and bookings are essential.

Rubix Warehouse is located at 36 Phoenix St, Brunswick VIC 3056. Brunswick station is a 5-minute walk from the venue and various trams run along Sydney Road.
There is also street parking (please note: you are able to park anywhere without a yellow line on the road).
