Railfest 2018 at The Railway Museum

Railfest 2018 will be hosted by The Railway Museum at Bassendean.



It will be [i]"All change!"[/i] at the Railway Museum this October. You can be amongst the people to come and see the changes by turning up on Sunday 7th October 2018, from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm.

The Railway Museum is situated at 136 Railway Parade, Bassendean and at this event, you will have all the normal Museum displays, plus the following:




This will all be included in the usual entry price of just $9 for adults, $7 for concession holders and $4 for children - children under 4 years of age are FREE.



To make it easier for you, there is going to be a FREE shuttle bus from the Bassendean train station, to the event so leave your car behind and catch a train!

The Railfest is run by Rail Heritage WA and has the co-operation of the WA Model Railway Club. Today Rail Heritage WA provides the following:


The Railway Museum is a non-profit organisation. They are totally dependent on volunteers and these volunteers organise all events, as well as manage the whole organisation.
