Raclette and a roaring fire to get your heart racing
Every Thursday from 4pm this winter, The Boatbuilders Yard is melting hearts with melting cheese at its Raclette Thursdays.

For the less cheese obsessed among you, Raclette is a type of cheese that's slowly heated until the top layer becomes gloriously gooey. This top layer is then ceremoniously scrapped off onto offerings of your choosing.

At Raclette Thursdays at the Boatbuilders Yard, you can choose between traditional plates of just jacketed new potatoes and pickled vegetables, or potatoes, pickles and Wagyu pastrami to pour your cheese over.

The traditional Raclette costs $12, while meat-eaters will need to fork out $17 for the charcuterie version. With the Wagyu being marble score 9 Wagyu, it's worth it.

To complete the picture of complete winter eats bliss, The Boatbuilders Yard has a fireplace and the bar serves house-made mulled wine. Sold!
