Organic iced teas that look as good as they taste
Wandering through the spacious streets of Barangaroo and it may seem hard to believe that there's a cooling oasis that seems to be hiding among the throng of cafes and eateries. If you're anything like me and looking to beat the heat this summer, without succumbing to sugar-laden soft drinks, then wander to the end of Barangaroo avenue and you'll find The Rabbit Hole Organic Tea Bar and flick your eyes across their scrumptious menu of iced teas.

The Rabbit Hole Organic Tea Bar have an extensive menu of delicious teas

Their entire tea menu; from Marrakesh Mint, Ginger Snap, Lavender Cream and Lemon Aid to Berry Bomb, Strawberry Skinny and Turkish Delight (are you drooling yet?) are all available iced and are the perfect way to cool down on a hot, humid Sydney summer afternoon.

They also have a range of 'iced tea lattes' with tempting flavours like iced tiramisu, iced chai, iced Turkish delight, iced ginger snap, and iced berry bomb.

The iced berry bomb latte is as beautiful as it is refreshing and delicious. A slightly sweetened tea is presented with tangy, sour freeze-dried raspberry sprinkled on top and was a welcome relief on a day where the mercury soared above 30 degrees and set me back around the $7 mark.

Of course, if hot tea is your thing, the Ginger Snap is deliciously 'bitey' without blowing your socks off (as ginger teas sometimes have a habit of doing), all the mint concoctions are delightfully refreshing, and their lavender cream tea turns a mesmerising purple hue fun!

The best bit is that all of Rabbit Hole's teas are available to purchase, so you can take their delicious loose-leaf tea home with you.

Hungry? There's a selection of lovely little sweet treats; from artisan nougat to brownies, to perfectly accompany your tea.

Verdict: the perfect summer drink when you're looking for a low sugar refreshment that isn't diet coke or kombucha.
