Already we're half way to the end of January. Already many New Year's resolutions have been made and broken, reattempted and broken again despite well intentioned resolve.
On the upside, are the success stories of those that are managing to succeed in their New Year's resolutions who are a source of inspiration.
One such success story (16 days in) is that of a work colleague whose New Year's resolution is to completely quit smoking.
A few of us suggested options (eg. homeopathic remedies) but the most effective option which this colleague is accessing is the
'Quit Now: My QuitBuddy' application available on iTunes (iPod) and Google Play (Android).

'Quit Now' campaign, this amazing mobile app has a built-in mentor program which supports its members with their quitting journey - providing them with words of wisdom (eg. dollars saved, health benefits etc.) and inviting members to record/diarise their experience via audio and/or in writing.
