Quickie Chick Guide Fit To Flirt, Get The Body You Want And The Guy You Deserve by Laurel House, the author states to focus on your strengths and downplay your weaknesses. She goes on to state that flirting is an art. Flirting eventually becomes natural. Flirting is kind-of like putting on a show. Personally, there are sections about online dating that I am avoiding. I am personally against online dating as there are many creepers out there. I really do not want to get you into trouble. About getting fit? The author states to leave three bites of food on your plate at every meal. Have eight bites of protein. Chew gum when you bake. Use a smaller plate. Have several small meals instead of three big meals. March in place. While the television is on, swing your arms.
The pace of the book is okay. The author should have made a separate book about online dating. I learned that flirting is actually acceptable and does not need to be seen as trashy. Of course, use good taste. Readers can find that not all women should be ashamed of flirting. Again, use good sense. The small tips about fitness can show a gal how to get a little slender which is always a good thing (unless of course, she has an eating disorder). Ladies, if you need a little boost for your self-esteem, this book is for you!
