Quick, healthy and delicious


Some days (mostly on Mondays) we are just feeling lazy. We want to stay five more minutes in bed, snoozing at the alarm clock, tossing and turning under the comfy quilt. But taking those extra five minutes to lay in bed means that we are not going to have time enough to make a proper breakfast.

This recipe is perfect for those days when you don't have time to even think what to make.



Preparation Time: 4 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
400gr Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup almond milk (or skim milk)
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 packets of stevia



Method

Put everything in the blender

Blend it!

Serve

Is that quick!

Never leave home without have taken your brekky - remember it's the most important meal of the day.
