Ever heard of the saying 'shop till you drop?' If you're a female and you live in the South-Eastern suburbs no doubt this might be your mantra. Loaded with great boutiques, all that walking makes one hungry!

Tucked away on a little side street in Prahran is a super cute cafe called 'Organica'. Even though it's compact in size, it's chock full or hospitality and fresh organic produce. What a rewarding rest stop.

If you can secure a table by the window, then you'll get the full sunny outlook. The chance to spread out your magazine and papers is right here and you can watch the world go by. It's a quiet little street, so you may just end up finishing all your reading.

I had the kale and fetta quiche. Oh my gosh, it was divine. Fresh shredded kale is a superb substitute for spinach and chunks of fetta rounded it off. Baked to golden perfection the fennel and cabbage salad provided great texture to this meal.

Cabbage and super thin pieces of fennel were marinated in a tangy vinegar dressing with juicy peas, purple cabbage and tiny flecks of chilli.

The cafe has an array of fresh and packaged organic produce to take home.
Insider tip: The protein balls are a power packed treat to take away. They are incredibly more-ish and being home-made, a nutritious snack to ward off those mid morning or afternoon hunger pangs.
