Vintage vehicle venture

If you own or have an interest in the restoration of vintage cars, this is a market for you.

The Queensland Vintage Vehicle Association Brisbane Swap Meet will take place on 31 May.

In 2015, the Swap Meet is moving to a new location at Carina State School (corner of Creek Road and Cutherd Street).

Swap sites are available for $10 and can be booked by calling Graham (0407 257 440), Robert (0421 565 202) or John (0412 124 980).

Gates open to the public at 7.00am, and entry is $5 per person. Gates open to site holders at 6.30am and must be vacated by 2.00pm.

Food will be available and there are toilets on site.

Carina State School is a non-smoking venue and unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.

The Queensland Vintage Vehicle Association was founded in 1964 with a focus on encouraging the preservation and restoration of old vehicles to original condition.

All vehicles are welcome, but only vehicles manufactured before 1973 are eligible for a club badge.
